Focused at the core.
Global in the network.
An ecosystem, not a directory. Universities, networks and mandates stand side by side here because they do the same thing: they ask questions we cannot yet answer — and thereby set the next project in motion.
Who we develop with.
Universities, associations and networks where the methods take shape before a mandate needs them.
Who we work for.
Not who, but what kind of house. The groups the mandates come from — from the corporate group to the buying association with a hundred members to the family behind the company.
Industry and corporates
The question here is rarely what the contract says — it is which of four hundred it says it in. After almost thirty years inside holdings like these, you know where to look first.
Mid-market and buying groups
Ownership and management are the same people; every decision reaches into private life, and there is no legal department to absorb it. The biggest question is usually succession — prepared over years, decided in a few weeks. With buying groups a shared set of rules is added — and with it complex processes of agreement.
Start-ups
The round closes in three weeks and the lawyer is the bottleneck. What counts is not the perfect clause but the one you will not regret at the exit four years later.
Public sector
A company may do anything that is not forbidden; a public body only what it is empowered to do. That reverses every question: not whether something is permitted, but what it rests on. Add procurement and budget law — the supplier cannot simply be chosen, and the losing bidder can challenge the award.
Associations and non-profits
Between the club with twenty members and the foundation with its own staff there is the same legal framework — and little else. So the first question is not the articles but whether charitable status is being sought, what its recognition requires, and what it costs in freedom of movement.
Private individuals in a business context
The same person sits at the table as managing director, as shareholder and as a private individual — and is bound at all three by different contracts. They were written in three places, usually without knowing about one another.
People from outside.
People with no part in a mandate and no legal advice to give — who build the way of working: the AI-assisted practice, the shape of the tools, this site.
